Josh came in at the last minute when there was a problem with the lender I was working with. 9 business days before closing, and with panic settling in and getting comfortable, Josh came in and found that I qualified for a program which no other lender thought I was qualified for and would allow us to put almost no money down. I honestly didn't even know what a big deal it was until I found out how unusual it was for a lender to be able to get an applicant fast tracked for a CHFA loan in 9 days. He worked ridiculously hard for us and as a result we're able to put the money we had set aside for a down payment toward some new furniture or back in the ol' savings account. Thanks Josh!
